About the Course
The bottom line for your client is performance – effectively and efficiently achieving the goals needed for their success. Learn how to design systematic and realistic project plans that are always focused on performance. Build in targeted and practical indicators to regularly measure progress toward project goals. Generate useful status reports and other communications to key stakeholders.
This course can be completed as a stand-alone or as part of the Certificate-Series Principles in Organizational Consulting.

How it Works: To Enroll & Get Started
Enrollment Instructions
Create your account. Go to CDI’s Learning Management System (LMS). Read the brief “Welcome” section and click on “new account”.
Select a course or Certificate-Series. Back at the LMS, click on View the Catalog of Courses and Certificate-Series, and select the desired course or Certificate-Series.
Enroll. In your selection, click on the “Enroll” button. In the "Enroll Options" page, use Paypal for major credit cards, or enter an enrollment key if you have one.
Log-in & Learning Instructions
Start your learning. In your selected course or Certificate-Series, follow the step-by-step instructions in the "Start Here". Links to your enrolled courses will be on the right side of your pages.

Proceed at your own pace. However, paid enrolled courses should be completed within 60 days, and Certificate-Series within 90 days.
