About the Course
Learn how to conduct focused and efficient evaluations to decide if your client’s problem has been solved or not. Collect many other benefits, including about what you and your client have learned about solving similar problems well into the future.
This course can be completed as a stand-alone or as part of the Certificate-Series Collaborative Consulting Training.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop a relevant and feasible evaluation plan
- Recognize barriers to evaluation and how to avoid or work through them
- Convey to your client, the benefits of conducting a systematic evaluation
- Include the most useful questions to get answered during your evaluation.
- Know how to responses to each of the different results that might occur from your evaluation.

How it Works: To Enroll & Get Started
Enrollment Instructions
Create your account. Go to CDI’s Learning Management System (LMS). Read the brief “Welcome” section and click on “new account”.
Select a course or Certificate-Series. Back at the LMS, click on View the Catalog of Courses and Certificate-Series, and select the desired course or Certificate-Series.
Enroll. In your selection, click on the “Enroll” button. In the "Enroll Options" page, use Paypal for major credit cards, or enter an enrollment key if you have one.
Log-in & Learning Instructions
Start your learning. In your selected course or Certificate-Series, follow the step-by-step instructions in the "Start Here". Links to your enrolled courses will be on the right side of your pages.

Proceed at your own pace. However, paid enrolled courses should be completed within 60 days, and Certificate-Series within 90 days.
